Venue Profile: The Landmark Hotel, London

As part of HBAA’s Big Site Visit, the SOS team recently visited The Landmark London. Read the venue profile below:

Summary

A 5 star luxury venue, The Landmark London is a beautiful hotel steeped in history, ideal for events of all sizes, and in particular if you are looking for something special.

Location

Situated just opposite Marylebone tube station, the venue is ideally located and easy to find. There is a car park however spaces need to be booked in advance.

An elegant and luxurious venue with welcoming staff that create a relaxed atmosphere.

Facilities

Drawing Room Landmark HotelThe venue is predominantly traditional in style, and has a variety of spaces ranging from Ballrooms to more modern boardrooms. The more traditional rooms are very ornate with high ceilings and lots of character, adding to the elegant ambience of the venue.

There are 11 meeting and conference rooms; The Grand Ballroom can host a maximum of 265 in a cabaret meeting style, or alternatively up to 500 for a private dinner, while the flexible boardroom spaces can host up to 40 boardroom.

Having flexible rooms that can be divided to create additional spaces is ideal for exhibition space or break out areas next to the meeting room.

There are 300 bedrooms, 51 of which are suites, and the remainder of the rooms are a mixture of superior, deluxe, executive and double doubles. Each room has its own door bell, and if you leave your shoes outside the door overnight they will be shined and returned to you ready for the morning. The bathrooms are stunning with white marble and feature White Company products, enhancing your luxury experience. Wi-Fi is also complimentary throughout the venue.

For guests staying overnight, the hotel boasts some impressive leisure facilities with a 15m swimming pool, gym and spa with treatment rooms. There are two restaurants, both very different in style, so there is something to suit everyone’s taste.

Service

Nothing was too much trouble, we had a lovely afternoon tea and the food was amazing.
